At the Consortium for Leadership Development, we cultivate leaders with wide-ranging talents, skills, experiences, expertise and insights to propel organizations onwards. Specifically, we seek high-potential individuals and emerging leaders who believe in developing themselves and embrace ALL opportunities to do so. Successful candidates into the CLD Leaders Program include high-potential individuals with at least five (5) years of professional experience and demonstrated success as a Manager, Supervisor, Director, or Administrator.
